1. Purpose

At Edusol.ca, we believe that learning thrives in a respectful, inclusive, and safe environment. This Student Code of Conduct outlines the expected behavior of all learners using our platform to foster academic integrity and mutual respect.

2. Scope

This Code applies to all users enrolled in or accessing any Edusol.ca course, program, or educational content, regardless of location or enrollment status.

3. Expected Conduct

All students are expected to:

  • Treat instructors, staff, and fellow learners with courtesy and respect
  • Use inclusive, professional language in all interactions
  • Maintain academic integrity (e.g., complete your own assignments, avoid plagiarism)
  • Follow course instructions and timelines
  • Report violations or issues to admin@edusol.ca promptly
  • Use the platform for educational purposes only

4. Prohibited Conduct

Students may not:

  • Engage in harassment, bullying, hate speech, or discrimination
    – Share or post offensive, violent, or pornographic content
  • Access, distribute, or duplicate course materials without permission
  • Submit work that is not your own or use AI tools dishonestly
  • Cheat on quizzes or manipulate assessments
  • Disrupt the learning experience for others

5. Academic Integrity

We take academic honesty seriously. Examples of violations include:

  • Copying work or using unauthorized materials
  • Impersonating another student
  • Submitting AI-generated work as your own without disclosure
  • Posting answers publicly to course assessments

Violations may lead to suspension or expulsion from courses without refund.

6. Reporting Misconduct

If you witness or experience misconduct on Edusol.ca:

Response Time: Within 2 business days

All reports will be investigated fairly and may result in corrective action.

7. Disciplinary Actions

Consequences of violating this Code may include:

  • Warning or probation
  • Temporary or permanent suspension from a course
  • Revocation of course access or certifications
  • Referral to law enforcement (in severe cases)

No refunds will be issued for removed access due to misconduct.

8. Appeals Process

Students who wish to dispute a disciplinary decision may submit a written appeal to admin@edusol.ca within 7 days of notification. Appeals will be reviewed by Edusol’s administrative team.

9. Policy Review

This Code is reviewed annually and may be updated. The latest version will always be available at www.edusol.ca. Continued participation in Edusol services constitutes acceptance of the most recent version.
