1. Digital Products and Courses

All educational content provided through Edusol.ca is considered digital and intangible. This includes:

  • Online courses
  • Downloadable materials
  • Webinars
  • Memberships or subscription-based services

2. No Refunds Policy

We generally maintain a no refunds policy on digital products due to the nature of instant access to course materials. By purchasing, you agree that:

  • You have reviewed the course description before purchase.
  • Once a course is accessed (viewed, or started), it is non-refundable.
  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

3. Exceptions to Our Policy

Refunds may be granted under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment
  • Platform error
  • Refund promise as part of a course or promotion

If an exception is made, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Requesting a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under our exceptions, you must:

  • Email us at admin@edusol.ca
  • Include your full name, email used during purchase, order ID, and reason for your request

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

5. No Physical Goods

Edusol.ca does not sell physical products, so returns or exchanges for physical items are not applicable.

6. Course Cancellations

If Edusol cancels a course, event, or service that you have paid for:

  • You will be offered a full refund, or
  • A credit that can be used toward any future service or course

7. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Attempting a chargeback without contacting us first is a violation of this policy. If you dispute a charge illegitimately, we reserve the right to:

  • Suspend your access
  • Block future purchases
  • Report the incident to payment processors

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund and Return Policy. Any changes will be posted with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services implies agreement to the current policy.
